Questions are organised into question groups within each account. Manage the groups themselves (add, rename, reorder, activate, delete) in the Manage Question Groups tab.
Question groups are optional subsections within each of the five accounts. They do not create new accounts or new scores — every question inside a group still contributes to its account's existing score.
Score ranges and band labels (e.g. "Developing") are shared across all five accounts, so the dashboard stays easy to read. The explanatory text shown for each band is set separately per account below.
For each account and score band, edit the explanatory text shown on the results page. New accounts start with the general wording above until customised here.

Summary requests recorded from the results page. Only name, email and overall scores are stored — never individual assessment answers. These are kept separately from the new Results Submissions below (which capture full, consented assessment detail) rather than merged, to avoid any risk of altering this existing data.

Sends a real test email using the SMTP mailbox configured on the server (see api/mail-config.php). Useful for confirming the connection works without waiting for a real submission.

Sends the approved follow-up message into a prospect's existing LinkedIn conversation via Second Brain Labs, once they complete the assessment. Has no effect at all on the ordinary public assessment — visitors without a valid reference are completely unaffected.
Two things worth knowing about SBL's API: it allows 20 requests per minute per key, and it has no test/sandbox mode — every enabled send here is a real message. Test with a real campaign and a LinkedIn account you control before switching this on for a live campaign, exactly as planned.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Active | |
| SBL API base URL | |
| SBL API key |
Generated in the SBL app under API Keys — shown once at creation, so store it somewhere safe when you make it.
|
| SBL Company ID |
Optional but recommended — without it, a rare connection timeout to SBL can't be safely verified, and the failed attempt will need a manual check before resending.
|
| Follow-up message |
Changing this only affects completions from now on — messages already sent keep their original wording.
|
Lists every campaign on your SBL account directly from their API, so you don't have to dig through SBL's own interface to find an ID.
For prospects already added to a campaign in SBL's own app. This reads the campaign's existing member list — it never adds anyone to SBL. Safe to run again later: anyone already imported is skipped, not duplicated, so re-running this after adding more people in SBL only picks up the new ones.
Paste CSV with the header row exactly: sbl_campaign_id,sbl_prospect_id,prospect_name,linkedin_url,campaign_name. Each row gets a unique, random assessment link — paste those into SBL as each prospect's link.
